Today was an overcast one here at H.P, but there was still so much fun to be had!

Campers had their first day for their focus areas this week. Ranging from outdoor classics like sailing, and mountain biking, to indoor activities like board games and Dungeons and Dragons for those who wanted something more relaxed.

Today’s lunch was a wonderful Taco Tuesday, brought to us by our fantastic kitchen staff. Campers and counselors alike ADORE Taco Tuesday and made their gratitude known to the cooks!

Tonight’s evening activity is Counselor Hunt! A fun spin on Hide and Seek, where campers try to track down counselors hidden all across the camp grounds! If all the staff are found promptly, we may even end tonight with cabin section campfires, where the residents of Hosmer Point get to play music, tell stories, and simply take in a quiet camp night on the lake and in the woods.
