Last night was Country Night, one of our favorite evening traditions! Campers spent the evening playing games, dancing, and enjoying time together before the festivities wrapped up early enough for section fires. Around the campfires, campers shared stories and sang songs with their sections. To end the night, each section gathered by the pond and shouted goodnight to the others across the water. It was a magical way to finish the evening.

This morning's breakfast was pancakes and fresh watermelon before campers headed off to their morning focus areas. Dungeons & Dragons campers continued the campaigns they began yesterday, while Farm & Garden campers spent time with the baby ducks, enjoyed popsicles, and made potato stamps. Despite another warm day, campers have been keeping cool. During first electives, they enjoyed activities like Sea Voyager, board games, and plenty of time in the shade and on the water. Lunch was Taco Tuesday, always a camp favorite!

This afternoon, focus areas are in full swing. Superhero campers played games to explore their strengths and weaknesses before practicing the power of kindness by writing letters to their counselors. EspanGOALLLLLL campers made pan con tomate with olive oil and tomatoes while listening to Spanish music and practicing their language skills. Printmaking campers are well underway with their projects, creating colorful designs and soaking up the creative atmosphere. Second electives included a Hosmer Point first: Benjamin's Bison Academy! Campers had a blast while learning all about these incredible animals. The clouds rolled in this afternoon, giving everyone a welcome break from the sun.

Tonight, campers will have time to practice their lip sync performances before gathering for our evening activity, Quest for the Holy Grail. We're excited to see what adventures the evening brings!
