Last night’s evening activity was Call of the Loon, and it did not disappoint. Wessex came out on top after a strong showing and a smart strategy at the fire circle. They built a really solid fire and used a tall stick positioned right next to the rope, since the first team to burn through the rope wins. It turned into a tense and exciting finish. Wessex managed to take the win and the energy in camp carried well into the night.

This morning we woke up to perfect weather and apple cinnamon French toast for breakfast, which set the tone for a great start to the day.

Morning electives were in full swing with beach volleyball, pet rocks, and Hardcore beginning their journey toward Hardcore graduation. Campers are working hard to prove their worthiness through challenges, teamwork, and a lot of enthusiasm.

Lunch today was pasta with a choice of pulled beef or lentils, keeping everyone well fueled for the afternoon.

PM focuses are now underway and campers are heading off into their groups for the next part of the day.

A huge shout out to the LITs for their work on the new community tree project. Campers will be able to tag their names into it at the end of each session for years to come, creating a lasting tradition and sense of community across camp.

This afternoon’s electives continue the fun and creativity with activities like puppet making, Steamboat Willie, and Mafia, plenty of silliness and energy to go around as we head into the evening.
