July 4th, 2025

Today is filled with extra fun at HP as counselors and campers participate in July 4th themed activities all around camp! In “Shot heard around the world” elective, campers are trying to score as many shots as they can at the basketball court. “Benjamin Franklin” elective is filled with amazing creativity from campers as they try to come up with their own inventions!

It is also the final day of our first week’s focuses! There are just way too many things to be celebrated. The play structures for the baby goats from our “Build” focus are finally completed and installed. In “Natural Dyeing” focus, campers also just finished making their drawstring pouches dyed in marigold and madder roots. We’re super proud of each and every camper for all of their little accomplishments!
