This morning we had an extra hour to sleep and amazing egg sandwiches with local bacon as well as peaches. This was a great lead into our last day. A camp tradition is in full bloom today as we wrap our session up. Soccerama is in full swing, and after lunch, we will head down to the waterfront to Waterama. Meanwhile, the counselors decorate the dining hall with a mysterious theme. This is our last night and one that is a high point for a lot of our campers. Our LITs (Leaders in Training) are making a playlist for the dance after dinner, and our wonderful director Jon is making his famous maple pie.

This morning, we were blessed with an extra hour to sleep, which allowed us to enjoy a bit more rest and relaxation before the day ahead. Our breakfast was absolutely delightful, featuring egg sandwiches prepared with locally sourced bacon, and we relished the sweet juiciness of fresh peaches, adding a delightful touch to our meal. The morning set the perfect tone for our final day at camp, and we couldn't wait to participate in the cherished tradition that awaited us.

Today Soccerama filled the air with laughter, cheers, and friendly competition as our campers showcased their soccer skills. Following this spirited event, we headed down to the waterfront for Waterama, where we immersed ourselves in a variety of water-based activities, making the most of our time by the shimmering waters.

As we savored the pleasures of the day, our dedicated counselors worked tirelessly to transform the dining hall into a mysterious and intriguing setting, adding an element of surprise to the evening's festivities. The anticipation grew with every passing hour, leaving us curious and excited about the surprises that awaited us.

As the evening approaches, they can’t help but feel a mix of emotions knowing that it was our last night at camp. However, we were also eager to celebrate the memories we had created together. The Leaders in Training (LITs) took on the task of crafting a playlist that would keep the dance floor alive with energy and joy, ensuring that the evening's festivities would be unforgettable.

Our beloved camp director, Jon, with his culinary expertise, is making us his famous maple pie—a sweet treat that has become synonymous with his caring presence at camp. The aroma of the freshly baked pie filled the air, adding to the excitement and anticipation for the evening ahead.

As the night draws near, the dining hall exudes an air of mystery and wonder, inviting us to partake in a magical evening. The soft glow of twinkling lights and carefully arranged decorations created an enchanting ambiance, setting the stage for a celebration of the bonds we had formed and the memories we would forever cherish.

With hearts full of gratitude and nostalgia, we embrace the culmination of our camp journey, cherishing every moment as we celebrate the friendships and experiences that had made this summer unforgettable.

See you tomorrow!!
